The only time you will be contacted by anyone is if I have a question or need a clarification about your order. Shipping Information - Shipping is done by the method chosen by each vendor. Most use USPS using either 1st Class or Priority Mail. These shipping methods are included in the $6.00 paid with each order, on this site. I make the porcelain baby shoes. All other items are provided by other vendors. If you order 2 different items, they could ship separately, Return Policies - Please order carefully. Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. However if we make a mistake, we will promptly correct it. Secure Shopping - You can order with confidence knowing our shopping cart is using a SSL secure server to collect credit card details. You will be emailed directly after ordering and I am emailed the order, but your credit card information is not included in any emails. It is not saved anywhere. It is safe!
