The only time you will be contacted by anyone is if I have a question or need a clarification about your order. Shipping Information - Shipping is done by the method chosen by each vendor. Most use USPS using either 1st Class or Priority Mail. Some use DHL ground. These shipping methods are included in the $5.95 paid with each order, on this site. Some vendors will let you choose a faster shipping method that will be shown on those item's pages. You must agree to let us transact your credit card again for the upgraded shipping fees. It will save time, if you write in the "Special Instructions" line of the order form that you will allow this transaction. The Aspen baby gifts and baby shower favors site is a sister site and the $5.95 shipping fees do not appy to them. They will figure their own shipping rates. I make the porcelain baby shoes and Receiving Blankets. All other items are provided by other vendors. If you order 2 different items, they could ship separately, Say, you order a porcelain shoe and any other item, your items will ship separately. But you still only pay one shipping fee of $5.95. I have the best vendors in the world. They usually get items out in just a few days. (Except the hand made items, of course.) Most of my vendors ship with delivery confirmation numbers. I will let you know when your item has shipped and provide you with the delivery confirmation number. Personalized CD's are an exception. They do not send me the delivery confirmation numbers. If your item does not arrive in a timely manner, let me know and I can call them and get the delivery confirmation number to check on it. Return Policies - Please order carefully. Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. However if we make a mistake, we will promptly correct it. Secure Shopping - You can order with confidence knowing our shopping cart is using a SSL secure server to collect credit card details. You will be emailed directly after ordering and I am emailed the order, but your credit card information is not included in any emails. It is kept safe at the Administration area of my shopping cart, where it is password protected. It is safe! We use Mal's E-commerce shopping cart, which is verfied daily by Thawte and McAfee Secure. The credit card payment page has SSL SECURE PAYMENT for your protection. If you are not comfortable ordering online, you can always call me at 913-909-3571 to order, but please know, I still use the same method to transact your credit card, just as if you placed the order online, yourself.
