Shoes mailing to the Drs. office cost $18.00 per shoe, which includes shipping. Shoes mailing to the new Moms cost $20.00 per shoe, which includes shipping. Please email the birth info to me once a month. If you choose to give them to the new Moms at her post partum appointment, the shoes will usually be to you in time, if they are ordered in a timely manner. You also have the option to have me mail them directly to the new Moms. The $2.00 per shoe is for the extra shipping fee. Both the Glazed Porcelain and Bisque Porcelain Shoes are available for this service. Most of the designs are also available. For designs that are only on the toe, I place the Dr's. name or practice on the side, which looks really nice. I recommend the Glazed Porcelain Shoes to be done this way, so the Dr's. info is also in Gold. For designs that are on both the toe and side of the shoe, I place the Dr's. name or practice on the bottom. Writing on the bottom of the shoes is always done in Black Porcelain Paint. I will keep your credit card information on file in a safe, locked space. This information will NOT be kept on my computer. After your orders are completed and ready to mail out, I will transact your credit card for the correct amount. A transaction notification will then be emailed to you. |
